Connection

We will be glad to work with the individuals who are working with your organization for assistance.  We will work with your organization to ensure your participants are placed in training and that training funding is secured for your participants.  We will then connect your participant with one of our many employment connections for gainful employment. We then follow up with your participant for 12 months to ensure success while reporting their progress back to you for your case management. 

Employer Connection

We will work with the employers to connect with our applicants. We also provided follow-up service for the employee after being hired by the employer for 12 months to ensure employment success.
